About The Position

This position is responsible for responding to inquiries from prospective customers, preparing sales quotations, and issuing order acknowledgements upon receipt of formal purchase orders.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED with six months to one-year related experience and/or training; Associates degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety guidelines, operating instructions, procedure manuals, and training materials.
• Strong customer focus and service orientation.
• Effective time management and organizational skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer proficiency, including data entry and processing (Microsoft Office and Outlook required).

Nice To Haves

• Experience with export compliance screenings is highly preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems and CRM software preferred.
• Bilingual skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries regarding order status and product information.
• Process customer orders and revisions in accordance with established departmental policies and procedures.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to address and resolve customer needs.
• Communicate customer concerns promptly and effectively to appropriate stakeholders.
• Perform export compliance screenings in alignment with Bluefors policies.
• Review purchase orders, contracts, and applicable terms and conditions.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
