Communicating with customers through various channels, generating sales leads and conversion, and transferring to a licensed mortgage consultant.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer support or as a client service representative (e.g., call center, collections)
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding quotas
  • Strong phone etiquette and active listening skills
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to adapt to different personalities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and best practices

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Handle high-volume inbound and outbound calls professionally
  • Address customer inquiries, complaints, accounting questions, and loan updates
  • Generate sales leads for mortgage consultants and assist with lead conversion
  • Support mortgage consultants by collecting and organizing customer documents accurately
  • Identify and assess customer needs to ensure superior satisfaction
  • Schedule appointments for closings and files at various stages of the mortgage process
  • Build sustainable relationships of trust through open communication via phone, email, and text
  • Meet individual and team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Follow company communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Engage with customers proactively, collecting and implementing feedback efficiently
  • Manage lead pipelines to ensure conversion and follow-up
  • Availability to work flexible hours: 5:00 AM – 8:00 PM MST (Mon–Fri) and 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM MST (Sat–Sun)
