Under the direction of our Customer Service Lead, the Customer Service Representative- Sales plays a key role in creating unforgettable event experiences by selling tickets, helping customers over the phone, and promoting our exciting public and corporate events. If you enjoy fast‑paced environments, connecting with fans, and sealing the deal, this role is for you!

Requirements

• Previous sales or customer service experience
• Strong communication skills (you’re confident and friendly on the phone)
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment
• Sharp attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable with upselling and starting sales conversations
• Team‑oriented, dependable, and customer‑focused

• A genuine passion for motorsports is a big plus

Responsibilities

• Chat with customers over the phone and help them score tickets to awesome events
• Sell tickets for public events, corporate outings, and group experiences
• Upsell fun event add‑ons and upgrades (think golf carts and premium options!)
• Keep customer records accurate and organized
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and event‑goers
• Build great relationships with returning customers and fans
• Deliver friendly, upbeat, and knowledgeable customer service every time
• Jump in on other tasks as needed to keep things running smoothly
