About The Position

National Fitness Partners, the largest Planet Fitness franchise, is hiring a full-time Customer Service Representative at its Trevose, Pennsylvania location. The role provides service to Planet Fitness members, prospective members, and guests while supporting an exceptional Judgement Free member experience. The starting rate is $12 per hour, with hourly increases at 180 days, one year, and every six months thereafter based on the employee’s anniversary date. Select shifts receive shift-differential pay.

Requirements

• Customer service experience.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Basic computer proficiency.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
• Ability to frequently lift, carry, push, and pull; climb, balance, kneel, and crouch; and continually reach with hands, fingers, and arms.
• Must be able to encounter cleaning chemicals during the shift.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide a superior level of customer service to members, prospective members, and guests.
• Answer phones in a friendly manner using the information script.
• Greet members, sign up and tour new members, and log amenities.
• Respond to member questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
• Process beverage and merchandise purchases through the point-of-sale system.
• Promote PE@PF fitness instruction classes to active and new members.
• Help maintain a clean, sanitized, and safe club environment.
