About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Thornton, Colorado store. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, customer interaction, and working with an energetic team. Team members work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and availability on weekdays and weekends.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Strong communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Weekday and weekend availability.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
• Operate the register and cashier.
• Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
• Sometimes work with the store's food program.
• Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
• Interact with customers and collaborate with the team to accomplish daily tasks.
• Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
