About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Team Member (Customer Service Representative) at its Northglenn, Colorado store. The role involves helping customers and maintaining store standards in a fast-paced environment. Team Members receive comprehensive paid training and work across different areas of the store, both inside and outside.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care and communicate with customers in a friendly manner.
Work at a quick pace and as part of a team to meet daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and assist with the food program as needed.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
