About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Aurora, Colorado store. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and wants opportunities to grow their career. Representatives greet customers, operate the register, make purchase suggestions, and may work with the food program. They work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The position involves daily customer interaction and working with a team to complete store tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate through friendly conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while remaining engaged and positive.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities
