About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative to work at its Colorado Springs store. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced store environment, supporting the food program as needed, and working throughout the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career advancement.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care.
• Good communication skills and ability to engage in friendly conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to identify solutions to problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide customer service.
• Operate the register and cashier transactions.
• Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
• Work with the store's food program when needed.
• Work throughout the store, inside and outside, to maintain standards for store appearance and provide fast, friendly service.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
