About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative for a fast-paced store environment. The role involves assisting customers throughout the store, handling transactions, supporting food service when needed, and helping maintain store appearance and service standards. Team members interact with customers and coworkers while completing a variety of daily tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Provide excellent customer care.
Communicate effectively and engage in friendly conversation.
Work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
Work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
Think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Be able to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and handle cashiering.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Work with the store's food program when needed.
Work throughout the store, inside and outside, to help maintain standards for store appearance.
Work with the team to accomplish daily tasks and goals.
Provide regular and predictable onsite attendance.
