About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its store in The Woodlands, Texas. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. Representatives work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service. The position requires regular and predictable onsite attendance and involves working with a team to complete daily store tasks. Shift availability is flexible and may include days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, requiring eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities
