Customer Service Representative - Puerto Rico
About The Position
S&S Activewear is seeking energetic, reliable, and motivated Customer Service Representatives to provide excellent customer service by answering customer calls and helping customers meet their needs. Representatives receive in-depth training to assist customers with placing orders, resolving issues with existing orders, and discussing company products and programs. The role involves working collaboratively in a team environment, with opportunities for individual progression in skills and compensation. This is a full-time, non-exempt remote position for Puerto Rico residents. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 10:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. CST, and compensation is $15.87 per hour. The role operates in a professional office environment and routinely uses standard office equipment.
Requirements
- Previous customer service experience.
- Proficiency or above in Microsoft Office products.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in a customer service role.
- Basic math skills.
- Ability to multitask and maintain attention to detail.
- Excellent attitude and attendance/punctuality.
- Comfort working in a data-driven environment with a strong emphasis on customer service and satisfaction metrics.
- Results-oriented, with a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
- Commitment to learning and individual development.
- Fluency in both spoken and written English and Spanish.
Responsibilities
- Accurately process transactions and educate customers about products and services over the telephone.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and establish positive rapport with internal and external customers.
- Provide basic customer troubleshooting, including product knowledge, recommendations, and website navigation assistance.
- Consistently meet department KPIs, deadlines, and goals.
- Adhere to the provided schedule based on forecasted phone volumes.
- Perform additional duties assigned by management.
