Additionally, the role involves taking direction, responding to supervision, and communicating professionally with leads, supervisors, co-workers, managers, and customers. This position may involve filling in during staff shortages and supporting shift leads in completing tasks. A key aspect of the role is understanding customer service and satisfaction, as well as reporting systems and the environment. Presenting a professional appearance and conduct is essential.
