Responsibilities

  • Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Interacting with field service technicians, installers, superintendents regarding warranty issues.
  • Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency
  • Processing customer orders and managing customer accounts
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
