We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our office team in Oakbrook, Illinois. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, highly organized, and committed to creating a positive experience for every customer through scheduling, communication, and support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service, call center, dispatching, or administrative experience preferred
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to multitask and remain organized in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling customer information
  • Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office, and CRM or scheduling software
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Professional appearance and positive, can-do attitude
  • Successfully complete our screening process, including assessments, interviews, background checks, and drug screening

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with ServiceTitan, Nexstar, or similar home service software is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming customer calls and provide exceptional customer service
  • Schedule service appointments and coordinate technician dispatching
  • Respond to customer inquiries regarding services, appointments, and account information
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update information within company software systems
  • Confirm appointments and communicate scheduling updates with customers
  • Assist customers with service requests, concerns, and follow-up communications
  • Work closely with technicians, dispatchers, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently
  • Process customer information, service agreements, and other administrative documentation
  • Resolve customer concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach
  • Support office operations and administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain a positive, professional attitude while representing the company
