As a Customer Service Representative at TopRx, you'll be the friendly voice our independent pharmacy partners rely on. You’ll handle inbound and outbound calls, provide order support, and ensure customer satisfaction with efficiency and care. This role is all about empathy, problem-solving, and relationship building—with a bit of multitasking wizardry thrown in.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to inbound calls from independent pharmacies placing orders or seeking support.
  • Using our software to place and manage orders by phone and online.
  • Reaching out proactively to provide updates, track shipments, or resolve issues.
  • Solving problems efficiently using the latest tools and a helpful attitude.
  • Collaborating with team members and staying current through ongoing training.
