About The Position

Motion is Canada's leading full-service mobility and accessibility solutions provider, serving communities across multiple provinces for over 40 years. They offer a wide range of products including wheelchairs, walkers, mobility scooters, and homecare items to ensure the independence, mobility, and safety of clients of all ages. The company is looking to add a compassionate, problem-solving, and responsive Customer Service Representative to their team in Saskatoon to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

Requirements

  • A couple of years of customer-facing experience.
  • Experience in a fast-paced office environment or a customer-facing role.
  • Deadline driven and able to prioritize and manage a myriad of tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Comfortable navigating databases.
  • Ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Interest in gaining exposure to the healthcare and personal mobility device industry.
  • Ability to build relationships with people.
  • Ability to work with customers to find the best solutions to fit their needs.
  • Professional and flexible communication skills.
  • Comfortable responding to urgent inquiries on the phone, by email or in person.
  • Ability to navigate any situation in a friendly, empathetic and compassionate manner.
  • A clean criminal background check.
  • Bondable.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome, engage with, and meet the needs of clients and visitors on-site.
  • Manage and prioritize telephone and email communications in a friendly and helpful manner.
  • Work closely with Service Technicians and Sales Consultants to oversee client order administration.
  • Process payment, manage bank deposits, billing & payments as needed.
  • Manage all details to ensure timing, information, and expectations are accurate, transparent, and communicated to all parties involved.
  • Follow up with clients to confirm all paperwork, such as rental agreements, quotes, and client records, is complete and accurate.
