About The Position

Destination Pet is seeking a Customer Service Representative (also referred to as a Client Service Representative) for Deer Creek Animal Hospital. As the first point of contact for clients, this person helps set the tone for the hospital’s commitment to excellent service and compassionate veterinary care. The role handles client communications, appointment coordination, payments, records, and other administrative tasks that support the hospital’s smooth operation. The position works closely with veterinarians and medical staff and addresses client concerns with discretion and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

Previous experience in a client service role; veterinary or healthcare experience is preferred.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Computer proficiency; familiarity with practice management software is ideal.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with genuine compassion for pets and their owners.

Nice To Haves

Veterinary or healthcare client service experience.
Familiarity with practice management software.
