About The Position

Destination Pet is seeking a Customer Service Representative for Deer Creek Animal Hospital. As the first point of contact for clients, this role helps set the tone for the hospital’s commitment to excellence and supports the smooth operation of the hospital through client communications, appointment coordination, and administrative work. The ideal candidate is poised, compassionate, professional, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The role works closely with veterinarians and medical staff to support patient care and deliver a positive experience for clients and patients.

Requirements

Previous experience in a client service role; veterinary or healthcare experience is preferred.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Computer proficiency; familiarity with practice management software is ideal.
Professional appearance and demeanor, with genuine compassion for pets and their owners.
