About The Position

AllianceOne, a subsidiary of Teleperformance, is hiring Call Center / Collections Representatives who are bilingual in Spanish and English. This onsite role in Streator, IL, offers a stable, full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, with no weekends. The position involves connecting with customers to help resolve delinquent account issues by finding realistic repayment solutions, providing guidance, options, and support, and delivering a positive, respectful, and solution-focused experience while balancing customer needs with business objectives. Bilingual candidates are prioritized.

Requirements

• Customer service experience (call center or collections preferred)
• Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred and prioritized)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to multitask across systems while speaking with customers
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Team-oriented with the ability to work with diverse customers
• Background check required
