About The Position

AllianceOne, a subsidiary of Teleperformance, is hiring Call Center / Collections Representatives who are bilingual in Spanish and English. This onsite role in Streator, IL, involves connecting with customers to resolve delinquent account issues, providing guidance, options, and support to help them get back on track. The position requires balancing customer needs with business objectives while delivering a positive, respectful, and solution-focused experience. Bilingual candidates are prioritized.

Requirements

  • Customer service experience (call center or collections preferred)
  • Fluent in English and Spanish (preferred and prioritized)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to multitask across systems while speaking with customers
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Basic computer and typing skills
  • Team-oriented with the ability to work with diverse customers
  • Background check required
