We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) who is fully bilingual in English and Spanish and possesses strong Excel skills. Requirements

  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
  • Proven experience in a customer service or support role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, data organization)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional and timely customer support via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish
  • Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in internal systems
  • Use Microsoft Excel to track, analyze, and report customer data, including creating spreadsheets, using formulas, and generating reports
  • Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests with a problem-solving mindset
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer issues are addressed efficiently
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies
  • Identify trends or recurring issues and escalate when necessary
