Customer Service Representative – Bilingual (Spanish/English)
About The Position

As positions become available, you'll have the opportunity to become a licensed insurance agent, and even open your own agency in the future. Requirements
- Experience in customer service or sales.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and computer skills.
- Passion for sales and helping others, with a team-player mindset.
- Leadership.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- Build relationships with clients and guide them through their insurance journey.
- Process payments, update records, and handle inquiries with efficiency.
- Help clients explore additional products to meet their needs.
