About The Position

As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a fast-paced store environment, helping customers and supporting store operations. You will greet customers, operate the register, cashier, make purchase suggestions, and may work with the food program. You will work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain its appearance and provide fast, friendly service. The role involves daily customer interaction and working with an energetic team to complete store tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
Ability to perform at a quick pace while working as part of a team.
Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.
