About The Position
MedSrv, LLC is seeking Customer Service Representatives to join its growing SBO Call Center team onsite at Walker Rd in Chattanooga, Tennessee. The role handles inbound and outbound calls and provides patients with exceptional service as they navigate their healthcare financial journey. Representatives support patients with empathy, clarity, and professionalism, with a focus on whole-person health. The position is full-time and pays $17.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
- Service-oriented approach and ability to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Nice To Haves
- Customer service experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Interact with customers by telephone, email, and online chat to provide support and information about products or services.
- Handle customer questions and complaints, referring issues beyond the representative’s knowledge to the assigned specialist or other appropriate staff.
- Take appropriate action to resolve customers’ problems and concerns.
- Maintain customer accounts and records of customer interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, and comments.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
