About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to work in a fast-paced retail environment and provide customers with fast, friendly service. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, suggesting purchases, and sometimes working with the food program. Team members work throughout the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and support daily operations. The position requires regular, predictable onsite attendance and interaction with many customers as part of an energetic team.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to sell products and make suggestions to customers.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team and contribute ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with the hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
