About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Metairie, Louisiana store. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced retail environment and helping maintain store standards. Team members work across different areas of the store, both inside and outside, and may assist with the food program. Overnight availability on weekdays and weekends is required.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Good communication skills and a friendly conversational manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while contributing to a positive work environment.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to develop ideas to solve problems, think quickly, and offer suggestions.
• Availability for overnight shifts on weekdays and weekends.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; this may require eye-hand coordination and climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
