About The Position

JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Customer Service Representative/Pizza Maker. The role is an entry-level opportunity to develop customer service and teamwork skills while preparing pizzas and serving customers. The company provides training in its pizza-making techniques and emphasizes delivering great customer service in a fun, team-oriented environment.

Customer Service Representatives work in the kitchen and serve customers by phone and at the counter. They greet customers, take orders, process payments, prepare consistent products according to Domino’s guidelines, and keep the work area and equipment clean and organized. Employees are expected to maintain a professional appearance in accordance with Domino’s Grooming Standards.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders with a smile.
• Answer phones and take phone orders.
• Take counter orders and provide outstanding customer service.
• Operate the cash register and collect customer payments.
• Prepare consistent products according to Domino’s Pizza guidelines.
• Clean equipment and the facility, maintaining a clean and organized work environment from the customer’s viewpoint.
• Maintain a professional appearance in compliance with Domino’s Pizza Grooming Standards.
• Work as part of a team to provide customer service.
