About The Position
JPC LLC, a Domino’s Pizza franchise, is hiring a Shift Lead to oversee store operations during a shift and help provide customers with excellent pizza delivery service. The role is responsible for everything that happens during the shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. The Shift Lead sets an example for the crew by following all policies and procedures and expecting the same from team members. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- A criminal background check is required.
- Must have judgment, math skills, and the ability to multitask.
Responsibilities
- Oversee everything that happens during the assigned shift.
- Manage cost controls, inventory control, and cash control.
- Handle customer relations.
- Set an example for the crew by following all policies and procedures and expecting the same of the team.
