These programs are available through relationships with thousands of labor unions and associations across North America and are intended to help members secure dependable coverage that can continue beyond traditional workplace benefits. For more than 60 years, these programs have supported working families by offering additional protection and long-term coverage options.

Requirements

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • A professional, positive, and solution-oriented attitude
  • Good organization and time-management abilities
  • The ability to work independently while contributing to a team
  • Comfort using computers, video conferencing, and online systems
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States or Canada

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service, sales, or support experience is an asset but not required

Responsibilities

  • Speaking with members through inbound and outbound phone calls
  • Scheduling virtual appointments with individuals requesting additional information
  • Reviewing available benefit and coverage options in a clear, professional manner
  • Assisting clients with online applications, forms, and required documentation
  • Maintaining accurate and organized client records
  • Following established company procedures and compliance requirements
  • Participating in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development
