About The Position

Garden State Tile, a premier luxury tile distributor since 1957, is looking for a proactive Customer Service Representative to join our dedicated corporate team in the Sample Department. In this role, you will be a key player in our sample logistics and sales support operations, ensuring our clients receive the concierge customer service and product information that define our brand.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Sample Logistics: Ensure effective, accurate, and timely customer service for all sample shipments to internal and external customers.
  • Master Order Entry: Oversee the full order cycle, including generating purchase orders and adjusting price, cost, and quantities based on supplier confirmations.
  • Empower Sales Teams: Communicate real-time status updates and tracking information to inside and outside sales representatives to ensure project success.
  • Provide Expert Education: Cultivate in-depth knowledge of our full product offering to provide meaningful information and a high-standard experience for every guest.
  • Support Operations: Assume various positions as directed to achieve daily output needs and adapt to the evolving demands of the tile industry.
