About The Position

Please note that candidates must reside within commuting distance to our office. As a Customer Service Representative at Foundever, you will play a vital role in supporting one of the largest insurance and banking providers in the U.S. You will assist customers with their entry-level banking and financial needs while contributing to a team-centric environment. Requirements
- Must reside in DeLand, FL, or within commuting distance
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Must have flexible availability during operating hours
- A professional attitude and aptitude for customer service are essential
- Proficient in navigating system tools to search for information and answers
- Demonstrated ability to deliver exceptional service consistently
- Dependable and responsible, with a strong commitment to your role
- Capable of assessing situations and developing empathetic solutions
- A personal drive to serve others with compassion and professionalism
- Strong organizational abilities to manage tasks effectively
- Ability to independently learn and successfully pass the paid training provided by Foundever.
