About The Position

Garden State Tile, a premier luxury tile distributor since 1957, is looking for an exceptional Credit and Collections Associate to join our dedicated corporate team in Wall Township, NJ. In this role, you will be a key player in our financial operations, ensuring seamless revenue cycles while maintaining the high-standard client relationships that define our brand. This position offers a base salary between $45,000 and $55,000 per year, with a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, and flexible scheduling is available. Responsibilities

Manage Receivables: Ensure the accurate and timely application of billings and credit lines to support our 16 locations.
Solve Problems: Proactively address account discrepancies and collaborate with sales and customer service teams to resolve disputes.
Ensure Compliance: Maintain high standards of collection activities in accordance with state and federal laws.
Maintain Partnerships: Foster positive, professional relationships with clients and internal team members through elite interpersonal service.
