About The Position

As an RPM Customer Service Representative, you are often the first and sometimes the only person interacting with customers. Every customer interaction helps create a pleasant experience and makes customers’ lives easier. The role involves taking orders, providing customer service, helping prepare products, maintaining a clean and sanitized store, and operating store equipment. It is a variable-hour position, with hours varying by week.

Requirements

• Must be at least 16 years old; a work permit may be required in some areas.
• Willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills and basic math skills, including counting change.
• Outgoing, positive, upbeat attitude and strong verbal skills.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.
