About The Position

As a Delivery Driver, you represent CRO Pizza/Domino’s to customers and are often the first or only team member they see. You help create a pleasant customer experience through professionalism, optimism, and reliable service. Safety is the company’s top priority. The role includes delivering Domino’s products in your vehicle, helping with store operations, and operating store equipment, including tending the oven. Drivers receive tips daily. The position has variable hours that may vary from week to week.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a clear driving record, a dependable vehicle, and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication and verbal skills.
• Basic math skills, including the ability to count change.
• Outgoing, positive, upbeat attitude.
• Ability to stand, walk, sit, carry, use machines, and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Domino’s products safely and efficiently in your vehicle while obeying traffic laws.
• Represent the brand and provide excellent customer service.
• Help make products and participate in store operations, including oven-tending and operating store equipment.
• Develop and use organizational, inventory, time-management, and multitasking skills.
• Use advanced equipment and technology in store operations.
• Take ownership of resolving problems.
• Count change and handle customer interactions.
