About The Position
RPM Pizza is hiring Delivery Drivers to provide a friendly customer experience while taking orders and delivering within a designated area. Team Members uphold RPM and Domino’s brand standards, maintain cleanliness and food safety, prepare products to company standards, and help keep inventory organized and stocked. The role also involves operating store equipment safely, resolving customer concerns, managing time and multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and contributing to a positive, inclusive team. This is a variable-hour position with competitive pay. Eligible Team Members may access medical, dental, and vision coverage, and a 401(k) program. The position is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime pay under applicable laws.
Requirements
- Be at least 21 years old and have at least 2 years of driving experience.
- Have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record.
- Have a dependable vehicle with current registration and proof of insurance, or be able to drive a company-owned vehicle.
- Have strong communication and basic math skills.
- Have a positive, outgoing, and team-oriented attitude.
- Be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Be willing to use and maintain a company-provided forward-facing dash camera during deliveries, provide footage in the event of an accident, and return company-issued equipment upon separation.
- Be able to stand and walk for extended periods on tiled surfaces.
- Be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds with assistance.
- Be able to frequently bend, reach, and stretch, and occasionally crouch and climb.
- Be able to work at stations 36–48 inches high and reach shelves up to 72 inches.
- Be able to operate standard kitchen equipment and office tools.
- For delivery roles, be able to drive and navigate within the designated delivery area.
