About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for Store 2723437 in Florence, Mississippi. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, wants to be challenged, and is interested in growing their career. The representative works throughout the store, interacting with customers and teammates while helping maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Shift availability includes days, evenings, overnights, and weekends.

Requirements

• Ability to sell products to customers and provide excellent customer care.
• Communication skills and a friendly approach to conversation.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Problem-solving ability, including thinking quickly and offering suggestions.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasional ability to lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, operate the register, and handle cashiering.
• Make purchase suggestions and sometimes work with the food program.
• Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly customer service.
• Maintain regular and predictable onsite attendance.
• Interact with customers and work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
