Customer Service Representative - 4-Day Work Week!
About The Position

Our CSRs are responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling service appointments, resolving customer concerns, and delivering a 5-star customer experience. Requirements
- 1-2 years of customer service experience (call center or dispatch experience preferred)
- Excellent listening, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- High attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position (seated) for prolonged periods
- Frequent use of computer, keyboard, and telephone headset
- Everyone is required to submit a pre-employment background check prior to start date.
Responsibilities
- Handle an average of 100 inbound calls per day, accurately capturing customer information
- Schedule service appointments with technicians in a timely and efficient manner
- Gather and assess customer information to understand and address their needs
- Resolve customer inquiries with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on first-call resolution
- Accurately enter and maintain customer records in the CRM system
- Document call outcomes, service requests, and relevant customer notes promptly and thoroughly
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to support continuous learning and professional development
- Perform additional duties as assigned by the manager
- Other duties as assigned
