Carvana is hiring Customer Advocates to deliver vehicles directly to customers, support the customer car-buying experience, and participate in the local community. Drivers operate custom car haulers; a commercial driver’s license is not required, and training is provided. The role includes loading and unloading vehicles, inspecting the hauler and vehicle for safe operation, completing customer paperwork, and recording detailed notes in the customer tracking system. Drivers must maintain safe driving practices and a clean driving record in accordance with Carvana’s CMV Driver Qualification policy. The scheduled hours are either 7 a.m.–5 p.m. or 11 a.m.–9 p.m. Team members must be available to work seven days a week, with rotating days off that include weekdays and weekend days. The posting advertises a four-day work week. Starting pay is $17 per hour, with a stated pay range of $17–$19 per hour and performance-based opportunities for increases. Overtime may be available during busy seasons. Candidates must have or obtain a local notary commission within the first 90 days of employment; Carvana sponsors the process, which may involve state-specific requirements. Candidates must also meet state-specific requirements to access DMV/title and registration systems. Employees in Illinois, Michigan, Louisiana, and Missouri must obtain a chauffeur’s license or other applicable state specialty license within their first two weeks. California employees must obtain a Vehicle Verifier license within the first 90 days. All applicants must pass a drug test and obtain a DOT Medical Card.
