About The Position

As a Caregiver at Capri Communities, you will provide personal care and assist with activities of daily living for RCAC, CBRF, and/or Memory Care residents, in accordance with organizational and regulatory requirements. The position is offered with first-, second-, and third-shift opportunities. At select locations, the 4-day work week involves 32 hours of work while being paid for 40 hours each week, with 8-hour shifts. Full-time and part-time positions are available. Eligible employees may receive 52 paid days off per year.

Requirements

• Must have CBRF certifications.
• Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Follow residents’ care plans.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
• Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements.
• Assist with plating and/or serving meals.
• Perform light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas.
• Assist with resident activities.
