Caregiver – 4-Day Work Week
About The Position
As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living for RCAC, CBRF, and/or Memory Care residents of Capri Communities, following organizational and regulatory requirements. The position follows resident care plans and includes helping residents with daily activities, mobility and transfers, medical administration and reporting, and meals. Caregivers also assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas and support resident activities. The advertised 4-day work week offers 32 hours of work paid as 40 hours each week, with 8-hour shifts and 52 paid days off per year. The schedule is available for eligible full-time and part-time positions at select locations.
Requirements
- Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.
- Must have CBRF certifications.
Responsibilities
- Follow residents’ care plans.
- Assist residents with activities of daily living.
- Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
- Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements.
- Assist with plating and/or serving meals.
- Assist with light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas.
- Assist with resident activities.
