About The Position

As a Caregiver, you will provide personal care and assist with Activities of Daily Living for RCAC, CBRF, and/or Memory Care residents of Capri Communities, following organizational and regulatory requirements. The position is available at select locations with a four-day work week: work 32 hours and get paid for 40 hours each week, with eight-hour shifts and eligibility for 52 paid days off per year. Full-time and part-time positions are available. The posting states that hiring is currently on 1st shift. The wage range is $17–$19 per hour, not including any shift differential. Requirements

Must have CBRF certifications.
Must be available to work every other weekend and rotating holidays.

Responsibilities

Follow resident care plans.
Assist residents with activities of daily living.
Assist residents with mobility and transfers.
Assist with medical administration and reporting requirements.
Assist with plating and/or serving meals.
Perform light housekeeping in resident rooms or common areas.
Assist with resident activities.
