About The Position
Watermelon Swim is hiring an on-site, part-time Customer Service Representative to welcome families, help with scheduling and purchases, answer questions and phones, recommend swim programs, and support daily operations. The role offers consistent part-time hours, growth and advancement opportunities, and a fun, supportive team environment.
Requirements
- Friendly, dependable, and organized.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Must be CPR/First Aid certified or willing to obtain certification within 45 days.
Responsibilities
- Welcome families and assist with scheduling, purchases, and questions.
- Answer phones and recommend swim programs.
- Deliver excellent customer service and support daily operations.
