About The Position

RXO is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help deliver outstanding service. The representative works with customers, business partners, and drivers to meet commitments and provide a positive customer experience. The schedule is first shift, Sunday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday off. Compensation is $18–$19 per hour; the role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and skill set.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• One year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment.
• Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
• Ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and business partners by telephone and email.
• Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
• Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
• Monitor the progress of delivery routes.
• Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
• Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
