About The Position
As a Customer Service Representative at RXO, you will help ensure the company delivers outstanding service. You will work with customers, business partners, and drivers to meet commitments and provide a positive customer experience. Compensation is $18–$19 per hour; the role may also be eligible for bonus or commission pay. Actual compensation may vary based on experience and skill set. The schedule is first shift, Sunday through Thursday, with Friday and Saturday off.
Requirements
- Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- One year of related experience, preferably in a call center environment.
- Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.
- Ability to multitask with exceptional organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers and business partners by telephone and email.
- Handle customer complaints calmly and professionally.
- Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.
- Monitor the progress of delivery routes.
- Scan haul-away pods and verify stamps.
- Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.
