About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Gilbert, Arizona store. The role involves serving customers in a fast-paced retail environment while helping maintain store standards. Team members work throughout the store, inside and outside, and may assist with the food program. The position offers flexible scheduling and opportunities for career growth.

Requirements

Ability to sell products and provide excellent customer care.

Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
Operate the register and cashier.
Make purchase suggestions and sell products to customers.
Sometimes work with the store's food program.
Work in different areas of the store, inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and standards.
Attend onsite regularly and predictably.
Work with the team to accomplish daily store tasks.
