About The Position

Circle K is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative for its Flagstaff, Arizona store. The role is suited to someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, customer interaction, and opportunities to grow. Representatives greet customers, operate the register, cashier, suggest purchases, and may assist with the food program. They work in different areas inside and outside the store to maintain store appearance and provide fast, friendly service. Regular, predictable onsite attendance is required, and employees work with a team to accomplish daily tasks.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace and as part of a team.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and come up with ideas to solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist with some twisting for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands; handwork requires eye-hand coordination and may involve climbing a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place or remove signs.
• Availability for evening shifts and weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide fast, friendly service.
