About The Position

GOCO is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Shell team. The role involves assisting customers in the store and at the gas pumps, handling sales and lottery transactions, maintaining inventory, cleaning and stocking the store and parking lot, and processing vendor deliveries. The position offers flexible schedules across potential morning-to-afternoon, afternoon-to-evening, and overnight shifts. The stated pay range starts at $13 per hour and goes up to $14 per hour for third shift.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical dexterity to move up to 50 pounds from one area to another.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
• Basic math skills and written and verbal skills.
• Enthusiasm and ability to work as a team player.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly customer service to guests in the store and at the gas pumps.
• Operate a cash register and lottery machine.
• Track cigarette and lottery ticket inventory.
• Clean the store and parking lot as needed.
• Process vendor deliveries and replenish store products.
• Complete daily paperwork accounting for transactions.
