About The Position

The Customer Service Representative (CSR) provides customer service to guests in the store and at the gas pumps. The role includes cashiering, tracking cigarette and lottery inventories, cleaning and stocking the store and parking lot, putting away vendor deliveries, and completing daily transaction paperwork. Potential shifts include morning-to-afternoon, afternoon-to-evening, and overnight. The position is with the company’s Shell team.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Physical dexterity and ability to move up to 50 pounds from one area to another.
• Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
• Basic math skills and written and verbal skills.
• Enthusiasm and ability to work as part of a team.
• Commitment to excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly customer service to guests.
• Operate a cash register and lottery machine as a cashier.
• Track cigarette and lottery ticket inventory.
• Clean the store and parking lot as needed.
• Process vendor deliveries and replenish store products.
• Complete daily paperwork accounting for all transactions.
