About The Position
GOCO is hiring a Customer Service Representative for its Shell team. The role provides customer service to guests inside the store and at the gas pumps, operates the cash register and lottery machine, tracks cigarette and lottery inventory, cleans and stocks the store and parking lot, puts away vendor deliveries, and completes daily transaction paperwork. Potential shifts include morning-to-afternoon, afternoon-to-evening, and overnight. The starting pay is $13 per hour, with pay up to $14 per hour for third shift.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Physical dexterity, including the ability to move up to 50 pounds from one area to another.
- Ability to operate a computerized POS system.
- Basic math skills and written and verbal skills.
- Enthusiasm and ability to work as a team player.
- Commitment to excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Provide fast, friendly customer service to guests in the store and at the gas pumps.
- Operate a cash register and lottery machine as a cashier.
- Track cigarette and lottery ticket inventory.
- Clean the store and parking lot as needed.
- Process vendor deliveries and replenish store products.
- Complete daily paperwork accounting for all transactions.
