About The Position

Circle K is hiring a Customer Service Representative to provide friendly, fast service in a fast-paced retail environment. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, cashiering, making purchase suggestions, and sometimes working with the food program. Representatives work throughout the store, both inside and outside, to maintain store appearance and help meet service standards. They interact with customers daily and collaborate with an energetic team to accomplish store tasks. Regular and predictable onsite attendance is required.

Requirements

• Ability to provide excellent customer care and communicate in a friendly manner.
• Ability to work at a quick pace while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Ability to work as part of a team to accomplish daily goals.
• Ability to think quickly, offer suggestions, and solve problems.
• Ability to stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift and/or carry up to 30 pounds from ground to overhead for up to 30 minutes in a shift.
• Occasional ability to lift and/or carry up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level.
• Ability to push or pull with the arms using up to 20 pounds of force.
• Ability to bend at the waist, with some twisting, for up to one hour per shift.
• Ability to grasp, reach, and manipulate objects with hands, with eye-hand coordination; may need to climb a ladder to store or retrieve materials or place and remove signs.

Responsibilities
